Law Docs Depot is proud to offer one of the country’s first Nationwide Virtual Notary Services. Alabama Act 2023-548, signed into law by Governor Kay Ivey on June 16, 2023, allows notarial acts to be completed using two-way audio-video communication, provided the notary is located within the State of Alabama, which I am, and the audio-video communication is recorded, which it will be.

When using the virtual notary service, you must provide two valid forms of government-issued identification, one of which must contain your photo. Click to see a list of documents that cannot be notarized virtually.

Our virtual notary service rate is $25 for the first notary stamp and $15 for each additional notary stamp within the same document.

Your original notarized documents will be returned using one of three USPS methods:
* Regular First Class Mail (7-10 days) – $5.25
* Priority Flat Rate Mail (3-5 days) – $15.50
* Priority Express Flat Rate Mail (1-3 days) – $35.75

You will have the option to request a copy of your document to be emailed to you for an additional $5.
